The Downtown Lakeland Partnership is pleased to announce its partnership with Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital as title sponsor of the September First Friday – Dog Days of Summer with support from Northwest Animal Hospital.

POOCH PARADE: 7:30pm start time DOWNLOAD FORM

Dogs, tell your owners that you want to dress up and march in the Dog Days of Summer Pooch Parade in Downtown Lakeland. If you had rather ride, then decorate a float. Just don’t be left out of all the fun.

Line up at 7:15 PM in the parking lot on the northwest corner of Bay Street and Kentucky Avenue. The parade will start at 7:30 PM and proceed south on Kentucky Avenue past Munn Park and will end at the intersection of South Kentucky Avenue and Lemon Street.All pooches participating must be accompanied by their owner or a handler, and all dogs must be on a leash. Decorated dog strollers, wagons or small floats are welcomed.
