The Downtown Lakeland Partnership seeks a business or individual (“entity”) that will help coordinate the following free community events: First Friday (monthly), Food Truck Rally (monthly), and the Holiday Walkabout (annual). Please prepare a proposal to accomplish the task that includes cost, and deliverables, as needed. The following Request for Proposal (RFP) includes a background of our organization and describes the purpose of event coordination, and specific requests relating to the proposal. We understand that details may be subject to change upon vendor recommendation and/or research of more optimal solutions. In your proposal, please feel free to suggest alternatives where noted.

The deadline for the RFP is Nov. 30, 2016.

Evaluation of submissions will take six weeks from the stated deadlines. This includes interviews with candidates. At this time the winning submission(s) will be selected and all parties submitting RFPs will be notified. The term is six months from the date of execution. It is preferred that the applicants are available to assume their duties at the first event to occur after signing the agreement.
