Join DLP
The Downtown Lakeland Partnership is a membership based marketing co-operative, which means to participate in DLP activities and marketing opportunities you must be a member of the DLP.
Businesses do not have to be located in Downtown Lakeland to become a member of the Downtown Lakeland Partnership. Many members who are located elsewhere see the value in member benefits and have a love for Downtown Lakeland and its continued vitality.
Membership rates for the Downtown Lakeland Partnership:
$50 Individual – Does not have business member benefits, can not promote a business and is non-voting.
$200 – Non-profit rate
$200 – Businesses with FTE equivalents of 1-3 employees
$300 – Businesses with FTE equivalents of 4-10 employees
$400 – Businesses with FTE equivalents of 11 or more employees
$500 – GOLD Member – Any size business or individual can be a gold member. Gold member benefits include name recognition on the cover of the quarterly newsletter, name listing and website link from the DLP home page, recognition at the DLP Annual state of Downtown meeting.

Membership information Sheet – Keep this for your records
Dues payments/monthly – If you prefer to pay your dues monthly via pre-authorized credit card payments, please print and return this form along with your membership information.
If you want to email your information instead, please provide in the email:
Business Name (This is the name that will appear in the membership list on the web site)
Contact Name (This is the person who will be the go-to person, attending meetings, trainings, receiving emails, etc)
Business Physical Address (This will appear on the web site. Also provide mailing address if different from physical.)
Email (Please list ALL individuals in your organization who wish to received the DLP membership emails)

Phone ( Please give the business phone to be listed on the website and an alternate phone number where you
can be reached)
Fax ( The DLP does not communicate via fax, but you may want to list it for the public)
Facebook Page ( If your business has a Facebook page, let us know so we can link to it.)
Twitter (If your business has a Twitter page, let us know so we can link to it.)
AS A MEMBER YOU AGREE TO:
• Accept and respond to DLP correspondence via email.
To keep administrative costs low (and membership rates reasonable) we do virtually all contacts with members via email. Please be sure to check your junk mailbox for DLP emails that may have ended up there. We send event information, marketing information, networking information, invoices, etc via email.
• Check the DLP web site for event and other important Downtown Lakeland information.
The DLP web site is updated DAILY. From daily lunch specials to member news to upcoming events…we try to keep everything you need to know on the web.
• Share DLP emails with friends, family and co-workers.
YOU are our best source for spreading information about Downtown Lakeland. Please forward emails about events and businesses to others to help us get the word out.
• PARTICIPATE
Your membership is only valuable if you take advantage of what the DLP benefits have to offer. Please take the time to go through the pages of this web site. You may have suggestions on things to add or ways to organize. We need your input. Plus you’ll learn about all that DLP has to offer.
