First Friday is one of the most popular recurring events in Lakeland. Monthly, people from all over our community converge in Downtown Lakeland for an evening to spend with family and friends, the chance to check out a great, locally-owned restaurants and retail establishments. We also offer booths providing family friendly entertainment, activities, live music, art receptions, a car show, and many other wonderful opportunities to connect with businesses in Lakeland. Each month, First Friday has a different theme, and special activities are provided to complement the theme. Please join us each month as we celebrate living in Lakeland, and enjoy historic downtown Lakeland, our little mecca of cool!
Our First Friday has GROWN! We now stretch all the way from Fresco’s to Nobay! We have also widened our area! Placement of our booths has expanded, we have separated booths to give room to move about and easier access to our shops and restaurants!
