The Downtown Lakeland Partnership is seeking your nominations for our annual awards. When people visit Downtown Lakeland and declare it to be wonderful, there are so many people and organizations to thank beyond the usual suspects. The DLP, with the public’s help, recognizes someone in each of three groups for annual awards.

The Partnership Award
The Partnership Award is given when deemed appropriate by the DLP Executive Committee to the person or group who consistently promotes the true meaning of partnership by going above and beyond the boundaries of their job description in improving the image of Downtown Lakeland making it a vital and energetic destination. 2008 Partnership Award winner Lakeland Police Deptartment
