YMCA Corporate Cup 5k Run/Walk

The 29th Annual YMCA Corporate Cup 5k Run/Walk will be held Saturday October 24, 2009 at Lake Hollingsworth. Registration begins September 1. Team, family, and individual registrations are accepted. Several awards categories.

YMCA Adult Dodgeball

This isn’t elementary school anymore! Form your dodgeball team today! Up to 8 players per team, each team must have a minimum of one female player. Guitar Classes at the YMCA

$50/month for YMCA Members

$60/month for non-members

YMCA Leader’s Club Auto Show – June 13

Saturday, June 13, 2009 from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM the YMCA Leader’s Club will host the Inaugural Auto Show at the Fontaine-Gills YMCA in North Lakeland. The Show is free to the public. Award catagories for Cars, Trucks, and Motorcycles! Vehicle entry fee $15. Interested vehicle owners should call 863-859-7769 for more details. All proceeds benefit the YMCA Leader’s Club for teens.

YMCA “Helping Others” Campaign

Each year at this time the YMCA invites those who can, to “Help Others” through our Annual Giving Campaign. In these unprecedented economic times we have had a tremendous increase in requests for financial assistance. Our goal is to never turn anyone away from YMCA participation for financial reasons. We have always met that goal. We do not want to break that streak but this year has been challenging for everyone.

YMCA Family Camp

All summer long the YMCA will be hosting Family Summer Camp. Saturdays throughout the summer families can register to participate in a variety of activities and have fun as a family. Men’s 5 on 5 Basketball League

The YMCA is hosting a Men’s 5 on 5 Basketball League. Registration is going on NOW. Teams consist of up to 7 players. 8 Game regular season with top 4 teams making the playoffs. Games are played on Saturday afternoons.
