This room is set in the style of the 1930′s with original terrazzo
floors and crown molding. It was completely remodeled just a few years
ago, making it the most desirable venue in Downtown Lakeland at the most
affordable price. The room has 20 chairs, a game table, four small tables,

We also have three 8 ft folding tables you may use with your linens. Any additional
seating or tables must be provided by you or your caterer. You can
re-arrange our furniture if you need to accommodate your own setup and
decoration. There is a catering kitchen with 1 microwave, 2
refrigerators, plenty of cabinets and prep area available for your use
at no additional charge. You can serve any type of food as well as

This is a beautiful room with a historic feel located beside Lake
Mirror. It would be a lovely place for a wedding, reception, or any
special event you may celebrate. The Room will accommodate up to 70-80
people.
The rental fee for The Lakeland Room is $200/day for Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday or Thursday and $400/day for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
We release the keys the day before your event and you have access to the
room from midnight to midnight so you can start decorating and set up
as early as you would like.
There is also a $200 required deposit at time of booking, which is
fully refundable after your event. The required deposit is to secure the
room for the date of the event and to be held for potential damages. The
rental payment is due no later than 24 hours before your event.
Similar size ballrooms rent for about $1000/day, making us not only the
most elegant but also the most affordable location of all Lakeland.
