Membership – date for membership drive, date change, 9/30 or mid Oct? TBA. New members get remainder of year free, watch e-mail for notification
Events – First Friday – separate meeting at Mitchells, Sept 15 at 8:30am
October – PCBA sponsor, Art for Better Living – S.Ken Thriller, Lady GaGa, N.Ken Art Show, and non store front members will set upon in the streets. Ellen will check with Watson Clinic about Oncology on Canvas. Arts on the Park will have a “fear” exhibit.
Terror on Pine Street – Oct 30th, Keller Williams – merchants are asked to pass out candy from 4-6pm
Luncheon – Oct 6th at the Lakeland Center- raffle prizes include, restaurants, Indigo Hotel, event tickets. Still working on centerpieces. ISO will be playing
Holiday Walk about – Tue, Nov 30th, Christmas Parade – Thur, Dec 2nd, First Friday – Dec 3rd,
Holiday Fest – Fri, Dec 10th
Walk About Themed Villages – S.Ken Reindeer, N.Ken Whoville, Julie will send out an e-mail
Holiday Fest – party theme, non store front members will have activities at their booths, Julie will get the supplies
Arts on The Park will be having an artist showcase starting Thanksgiving Eve through Christmas
Light Christmas Tree, need sponsor, Mike Maguire willing to help brainstorm ideas, have a ceremonial lighting of Munn Park? Kathy Hayes will investigate, Erin Geiger will help
General Marketing – Auto Classic Oct 1st, need items for goodie bags. Call 640-4989 or e-mail leroy@showpubls.net he will come pick up
Downtown Dish – ads due Sept 30th, 20 pages with an Oct 21 insertion into The Ledger

New Business – CRA $30,000 commitment if passed, $12,000 from City of Lakeland could be used for additional staff
Bev Hendricks – Patchacka (sp) 20 images in 20 seconds, Friday Jan 21, 2011
Crescendo – hosting a seminar Oct 26th, 7:30 – 9 am at Hilton Garden Inn. $25 registration fee.
