Present: Eric Belvin, Dan Stetson, Randy Andersen, Jim Nixon, Julie Townsend, Ellen Simms, Frank McCaully, Margaret Stephens, Jim Doig, Jean Bunch, Lori Powell, Kay Morgan
Called to Order: 8:00 – Ellen Simms

Treasurer’s report: Jean Bunch – we are in good standing. Dan Stetson moved to accept, Jim Doig seconded.
Membership: Julie Townsend for Tim Calhoon – we now has 167 members. We all need to continue making calls to outstanding members. New Members; Historic Lakeland, Sparks Artistry, Network Handlers, Highland Homes (Gold)
First Friday: Jim Doig – June is Bicycle Night
Programs: Frank McCaully – June 2nd Disaster Preparedness
Parking: Kevin Jones – no report
LDDA: Anne Furr – no report
Brewz Crewz: Eric Belvin – need to shop it out, how much goes to charity?, cap it
Presidents Report: Ellen Simms – time for Board Elections, think about new additions
Executive Directors Report : Julie Townsend – new Ledger Contract signed, they will print 20,000 Downtown Magazines with 15,00 being inserted into the Ledger on Thur with 5,000 we will continue to distribute as now. The ad for DM is due mid July. We are not paying any more for the rest of this year. We are getting 3 Time Out Ads one before FF the others 2 weeks. Eric suggests that we get them to include the on line banner.
Pedaling the Arts – September
First Friday Sponsorships needed, we have an attractive product, members need to speak out, we bring out 1,000’s every FF
Goodie Bags – Julie still working on
FF Barricades – we need volunteers, pay someone?, send out e-mails to members asking for help
Re-Visit – Eric suggest offering The Ledger, or other sales staff commission for any ads sold over $2,000. Ask service clubs to sell sponsorship and split money
New Members – Crescendo (social media)
210 in 2010 – Tim has suggested giving gift cards to those who get new members, have a kickoff party, Jean offered her office for party
