Guests : Stephanie White and Robin Cole from Central FL Speech and Hearing, Ros Springer and Mary Landal from Bethany Christian Church, Sandy Lavertore from Walkmans’ Banquet Room, Juanita Nielson from Jimmy Johns which opens March 16th hours, 11am-9pm Mon-Sun.
Third Wing: Mike Miller – Bumper Stickers and Window Clings will go out on Fri. Web site has been re-painted
Membership : Julie reporting for Tim Calhoon – New Members, Habitat for Humanity, St David’s Episcopal, Unit University (?),Trilogy Inc (?), Fields Insurance, Nolback DeCort(?)
Reciprocal Membership, 501C3, not for profit. $200, want to do away with. Change to Arts membership at $100 per year, will go into effect 2011.
Motion to take to Board, Ellen Sims, seconded, Jim Doig, question? Must be located downtown? Exceptions can be made, case by case. Approved
First Friday: Jim Doig – April – Sun-n-Fun/Skyward Festival. Julie will send out e-mail, what will your business be doing? Radio control planes? Check with Marnie Johnson. Lloyds of Lakeland, would they like to put out display? Up-date meeting, March 15th at Frescos.
May – Public Works
June
July – soft with Sat 4th of July Red, White and Kaboom. Sara will call merchants and ask who will stay open both nights.
January 2011 – Rodeo Parade – cloggers, square dancers, pig races

Bill Wakeman – working on dinner and a movie, Sun Brunch, wants to do something weekly
FSC – Homecoming- March 19, 20 and 21. Fireworks over Lake Hollingsworth on the 19th at 8:30
