Brewz Crewz : Eric Belvin  – it was a tremendous event, suggestions  for improvement?, let board know, there were over 1,300 people, we plan on this becoming an annual event and will be kept downtown. Date for next year Feb 19,2011 in partnership with Elder Point Ministries

Programs : Frank  McCaulley – March ; highlight your business with a 90 sec commercial, time limited, must sign up.

Presentation on the 2010 Census

LDDA : Anne Furr – Visit FL Day and Night have been sent to about 8,000 homes. There will be a short LDDA meeting after the CRA meeting to discuss banners, and ranking of way finding. Thanks to everyone for their participation in the recycling program.

Executive Directors Report : Julie Townsend – Historic walking tours fill up quickly. Items are needed for the goodie bags. Garden Bistro “Girls Night Out” is full. Lakeland High is having its 40 year reunion.

Presidents Report : Ellen Simms – welcome to Lynn Dennis, she is filling to vacancy left with the passing of Dr. Hatton.  Thanks to Mid FL for sponsoring our breakfast.

New Business : The General Store takes e-junk. AFI is having a Wine Fest March 26^th at Lake Mirror. March 13^th  is the Doll Show at Lake Mirror Center.
