Explorations V Children’s Museum, located at 109 North Kentucky Avenue in downtown Lakeland, will be hosting Out of School Holiday Camps December 21-23, 28-30, 2009 and January 4, 2010 for children ages 5-12. Children can be signed up for one day or every day.

The day camps will feature different activities each day and will include the themed activities, museum exploration, afternoon snack and outdoor play, weather permitting.

Camps running December 21-23 will feature Christmas cookies, candies and decorations. December 28-30 camps will include science and art activities and New Year fun!

January 4, 2010 camp will feature a Florida style “Snow Day!”

Out of School Camps run 9am to 5:30pm. There will also be half-day camps which will run 9am-1pm.

Fees for full days are $35 per child per day for museum members and $40 per child per day for non-members. Half-day camps are $20 per child for museum members and $24 per child for non-members.

Early drop off and late pick up are available for an additional fee.

Museum memberships may be purchased for as low as $45.
