PMoA Has an Art-O-Mat

Polk Museum of Art has a new toy in its lobby: an Art-O-Mat! It’s an old cigarette machine that has been refurbished to vend original pieces of art for $5 each (+ tax). We’re very excited about it.

    I got something from the art-o-mat! It was a fun experience and a great way to reuse an old vending machine. There are less than 100 of these in the world and I think it is awesome that our Polk Museum of Art has one. :)

    No local artists at this time, but we’re hoping that some local artists will submit work to the Art-O-Mat company. We’d be happy to carry local people!
