FLYING TIGERS TO HOST JULY 4TH CELEBRATION
Dueling Fireworks Shows Highlight Patriotic Festivities
Lakeland, FL – The Lakeland Flying Tigers will host the annual Lakeland Electric 4th of July celebration at Joker Marchant Stadium on Saturday, July 4 presented by the City of Lakeland, The Ledger and Lakeland Flying Tigers. The festivities kick off when the Flying Tigers take on the Tampa Yankees in a Florida State League north-division match-up. Game time is scheduled for 5:00 pm and the gates to Marchant Stadium will open at 4:00 pm. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance for the best seat locations and to avoid lines.
During the game the Flying Tigers will have holiday picnic themed games, contests, music and fun. The team will be wearing special patriotic red, white and blue jerseys. The dueling fireworks spectacular will begin at approximately 9:15 pm. There will be two amazing fireworks displays skyrocketing at the same time. The shows will be displayed by Bell’s Fireworks Display Company.

Box seats are $7 and reserved seats are $6 and seniors 55 and over and children 14 and under receive a $1.00 discount. Parking is FREE.
