GENERAL STORE TO HOST PLANET SATURN!

3rd Grade students at McKeel Academy will be embarking on an interplanetary exploration throughout the downtown area on Monday, June 1st. As part of their solar system curriculum, the students created scale-size models of the planets. These models will be placed throughout the downtown in proportion to their distance from the sun a McKeel Academy. Students will be going from “planet” to “planet” collecting data to take back to the sun. Saturn is scheduled to be visiting The General Store for a limited engagement (Monday!). Come on by, you may never get a chance to get this close to the ringed planet again!
